Early Childhood Screening
All 3- to 5-year-old children in Minnesota are required to complete early childhood screening, including a hearing and vision check, speech and developmental screening, and health and immunization screening. Screening is required before entrance into kindergarten but is not a screening tool for kindergarten. It is offered by White Bear Lake Area Schools at no cost.
