Early Learning Scholarships
To apply for a scholarship, please print and fill out these forms and return to the Normandy Park office. Please include income verification for review. These scholarships are awarded through the County.
School Readiness Plus
A new early learning program was created in 2017 legislative session called school readiness plus. This program is targeted to 4-year-olds (age 4 by Sept. 1, 2024) demonstrating one or more risk factors. We offer at the following schools: Birch Lake, Vadnais Heights & Willow Lane.

- English Language Learner
- At-risk Early Childhood Screening score
- Income
